Asian American History Resources

I'm proud to be a Chinese American and Asian American. As violence against Asian Americans has surged during the Covid-19 pandemic, history tells us that this is nothing new. Many Asian Americans including myself have first hand experience of overt racism and/or microagressions. Now is the time to come together and acknowledge the reality, and heal together.

We can make a difference in our own neighborhoods by raising awareness, teaching our kids, volunteering, and speaking out. We also need to work together with people from all backgrounds towards a more just and peaceful world.

Here are some resources for us to educate ourselves. When we understand our history, we can change the future.
